After 2020, it became obvious that people at work were struggling. The distance and divisions were making it difficult for companies to succeed. It was clear the tools for the modern workplace hadn’t been built yet.

Luckily, Van Jones—with his decade-long track record of building bridges, and Tadzio Smith—with two successful and highly human AI-driven tech startups under his belt, chose that time to come together.

Van and Tadzio founded Rapport with one goal: instead of using tech to divide and distract they would use tech to bring people together.
